The main databases and search engines:  

  • EUR-Lex: provides access to the Official Journal of the EU, EU law, preparatory acts, EU case-law, international agreements, EFTA documents and other documents.
  • EEA-Lex: contains proposed EU legal acts with possible EEA relevance, adopted EU acts under consideration for incorporation and acts that are already part of the EEA Agreement.

  • ESA: The EFTA Surveillance Authority monitors compliance with European Economic Area rules in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Here one may check the implementation status of all directives and regulations of the EEA countries
